The bar/lounge and 24-hour room service were also convenient.
I missed having access to a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities for my work-related needs.

The Pool Area was Very very Dirty ?? There was bits of dry paint in the swimming pool and the jacuzzi pool "Well" it had a green algi floating about on the top ? This was all happening while the Pool assistant sat happy in the Air conditioned room watching tv ?? The towels were in a terrible condition also along with the sunbeds... Up-Grade needed asap the pictures are far far from the truth.!!!

Set just walking distance from a ferry port. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like rm yong kee that was only 5 minutes' walk away

Breakfast was amazing. Although we had to share the bed, the bed was huge!! Great rooms and interesting scenery. Loved the location although it was scary at first venturing into the markets. Great bars, and awesome entertainment in the hotel itself!!

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar and was pleased with the featured amenities such as the business center and 24-hour front desk. The bar/lounge and 24-hour room service were also convenient during my stay.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not offer ironing boards, which I needed for my work attire.

They have their own personal in-house taxi services available.
There's slight communication problem conversing in English. Lift is rather small and slow. Breakfast buffet has very little variety, taste average. Room service for food order is not available for consecutive 2 days.

Staff were so supportive and room size is ok.
The breakfast isn't as expected. no much choices. Location is not good. lot of taxi drives who want to taxi you by force.

I recently stayed at Four Points By Sheraton in Batam for a couple of nights. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, even though we arrived early. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the fabulous breakfast, which suited my taste perfectly. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location was great, near the night market, and the oxtail soup was a must-try. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
I do recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in the city center and close to everything. In spite of a busy street there is a quiet and very peaceful.

The room we stayed was big and my children loves it.The view was excellent showing the modern and typical life of Batam. We need not go to the big malls as the area is good for shopping, outdoor dining and experience a different lifestyle at Batam. With the spa and shopping facilities just round the corner, its really awesome!!
The breakfast not so tempting except for the sushi, murtabak and fried rice.

The hotel had a spacious room with a great view of the city and excellent bathroom amenities. the hotel was conveniently located near various malls and the ferry terminal. the hotel had a delicious breakfast that was worth the cost.
The hotel had too many smokers and there was no designated smoking area. the smell of smoke was everywhere, making it hard to breathe.

I had an amazing experience at this place! The check-in process was quick and effortless, and I was pleasantly surprised that my room was ready even though I arrived early in the morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location of this hotel was ideal, being just a short drive away from the bustling city center where I could indulge in some shopping. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes that satisfied my cravings. I also appreciated that the mini fridge in my room was empty, as it allowed me to store my own cold beverages. the service and amenities provided here were exceptional.
This place is highly recommended to everyone.
